Mr. Villagran Garcia has an impressive track record with projects and producing mines in Mexico and is also known for his capital raising abilities. He was also the founder of Sierra Madre Gold Corporation and acted as a director for Farallon Resources Ltd. He is an individual with excellent qualifications and experience in negotiations and acquisitions of new properties, with strong connections in the mining industry of South America. Through the years, he has developed a very strong relationship with the Federal Government of Mexico.
James A. Briscoe

Mr. Briscoe’s involvement in mineral exploration and discoveries spans over 40 years. He is a Registered Professional Geologist in the States of California and Arizona since 1969 and 1972 respectively. Credited with expanding porphyry copper ore reserves at Silver Bell, Arizona and identifying major gold deposits in the Randsburg District in California, he was also instrumental in the discovery of the large disseminated McDermittopen-pit mercury mine in Nevada. Mr. Briscoe co-discovered and co-owned the Wind Mountain gold-silver mine in Nevada and has served as either an officer and or director of three other publicly trading exploration and development companies.

Mr. Simon Dorey CA, ACA, a graduate of Oxford University, England is a qualified chartered accountant in both Canada and the UK. He has over 25 years of working as a consultant and a senior financial executive with both established and start-up companies in Canada, the UK and the US. He has worked with gold and other mineral mining projects in the US, Greenland, Ghana and Mexico. He has expertise in business planning, business development, financing, operations and public company reporting.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Berry has been involved with starting up several successful businesses across Canada, USA and Mexico. He has also acted as President of Summex Exploration Inc, a privately held Nevada Company. Summex Exploration Inc was responsible for starting the evaluation and acquisition of the Campo Morado Project, Mexico. Dr. Berry also has a strong reputation as an angel investor in the mining community and started the Sierra Madre Gold de Mexico S.A. De C.V with the Monterde Project in Mexico. He currently practices as a Chiropractic Physician in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Villagran is an Attorney at Law, with a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law. As a partner of Villagran y Villagran Abogados S.C (Law firm, Mexico), Mr. Villagran gained extensive corporate law, mining law, real estate law and litigation experience. He earned his degrees at the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey in Mexico. He gained knowledge in the junior mining sector by the means of investing, serving on the board of publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has also acted as a consultant for two major financial institutions in Mexico. As a partner of Villagran y Villagran Abogados S.C (Law firm, Mexico) Mr. Villagran is currently the President & CEO of Nezter.com, a succesful real estate and financial services company.
Richard Tschauder

Mr. Tschauder is a senior geologist with over thirtyyears of experience in the minerals exploration/mining industry. He was chiefgeologist for Hecla Mining Company, which he left in 1996. During histime with Hecla, Mr. Tschauder was instrumental in bringing a numberof mines to the production stage, including: Golden Promise and GoldenEagle, Washington; Rosebud, Nevada; Grouse Creek, Idaho and La Choya,Sonora. He is the founder of Bueno de Oro, Inc. a consulting firmbased in Zacatecas, Mexico and has served as either an officer and ordirector or consultant of other publicly trading exploration anddevelopment companies.
David St. Clair Dunn

Mr. Dunn is a senior geologist with over thirty five years of experience in the minerals exploration/mining industry, This experience has included work on many deposit types, primarily epithermal gold deposits, copper porphyry deposits, and volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. He has provided Geological consulting and management services to a number of public and private mineral exploration companies such as Tres-Or Resources Ltd, Uganda Gold Mining Ltd, Golden Goliath Resources Ltd, Consolidated Silver Tusk Mines Ltd and ESM Resources Ltd. He has also acted as President & CEO and Director of Golden River Resources Inc. He currently is with Auramex Resource Corp as a Director and Geological Consultant.

Mr. Lopez Rivera is a well known mining attorney with excellent credentials. Mr. Lopez Rivera worked for 43 years in the Mexican Mining Bureau. Mr. Lopez Rivera graduated from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and as a government appointed delegate he assisted in the preparation of the New Mexican Mining Law implemented in 1994. This new law opened the door for foreign investors by allowing 100% allien ownership.
