MAYO GOLD SIGNS NON BINDING LOI

Mayo Gold Explorations Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has signed a Non Binding Letter of Intent with Liberty Star Uranium and Metals (OTCBB:LBSR). 

Mayo Gold and Liberty Star have agreed in principle to develop Mayo Gold’s projects located within the State Of Sonora by completing a series of financings to fund operations.
