Contemplated Acquisitions
The company has contemplated several acquisitions to achieve continous growth as well as it also has planned a Joint Venture with a Junior Exploration Mining Company. The idea is to consistently increase our reserves to position ourselves as a leader in the industry. In Mexico we will focus our efforts looking for properties in the States of Sonora, Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas and Oaxaca.
Governance
The business and affairs of Mayo Gold Explorations Ltd. are managed by its Executive Management Team under the direction of the Board of Directors.
Mayo’s Board provides a broad range of qualifications and interests ensuring a diversity of viewpoints and expertise. The Board has established two committees to assist in and manage many of its responsibilities. The Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee, each have a written charter defining the role and responsibility of the committee within the governance framework of the company.
